Ending the day

So a little pasta for lunch. Small chix cheese steak for dinner. A little Life cereal for a snack. Eh.

For Your Consideration

So yesterday I did not exercise eventhough I could have. I feel like a bad girl. Anyway ended the night with 3 garlic knots and lobster crab Manicotti with aurora sauce. That must have been 1000 cals itself. I don't know people, I have trouble with consistently.

In good newa I did 45 mins on the elliptical, 100 step ups and arms this AM. Only a bowl of Honey Cheerios so far...

Today

Feeling tired and cranky. Trying to get myself geared up for exercise but having a hard time. Honey nut Cheerios for breakfast. Half a banana for a mid morning snack. Some Smart ones mini pizzas for lunch. So far so good.

So yeasterday was OK. Average eating. No exercise due to acupuncture and HOme and GArden Show taking up the whole day.

Consistency is Key

OK so consistency continues to not be my strong point.

Jan 15--good day--35 mins elliptical, 100 step ups, light arm weights--good eating

Jan 16& 17---no exercise--ate out 3 times which never helps. Trying to keep portions smaller even if food is not so great. Lots of errands and obligations getting in my way.

Jan 18--good eating--40 mins elliptical, 100 step ups, light arm weights

Jan 19--adoption info ,mtg fell thru, feeling sorry for myself, took nap instead of exercise, goos eating overall--english muffin and juice, 1 slice broccoli pizza, 1/2 slice plain, small (like i mean 1950s small0 soda, 99% fat free organic turkey tacos, small (1/4 cup ) ice cream

Today--english muffin, hot tea, 1/4 cup red Naked, small turkey and cheese sandwich, 1 cup pineapple, seafood burrito, handful fresh cut fries---------45MINUTES ELLIPTICAL---I need to be more consistent with everything in my life. We need to stop eating out so much. Heidi Montag needs to stop.

Surprised myself.

So far ate--egg and cheese on one half english muffin, tea with skim no sugar, 1/2 serving of corn, 1 garlic toast (which they say was 80 cals), and salad with hard boiled egg, shredded cheddar and ranch, small coke. I had too people---coke is my orgasm. Weight Watchers cheese pizza (370 cals) and an Honest Tea (70 cals). I will have a snack tonight but I don't know what. Surprise---I totally decided not to exercise bc I felt so tired but ended up doing 25 mins on elliptical, light arm weights, 100 step ups.

I know I should be tracking the cals bc they sneak up on you. But I am just too busy for that. I just forget or I don't have easy access to try and look up cals. I have been ion the wieght game so long that I think I judge fairly well. Writing here has helped I think.

I continue to wait for encouraging comments from my friends.

Rough day. No time to exercise--Rainforest program after school and a poop explosion by the dog. However, ate well.
